- All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Custom sublimation tumblers and personalized items may take up to 7–10 business days to process.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped.

📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
🛑 Shipping Delays
Please note:
- Delays may occur during holidays, sales, or inclement weather.

🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

- We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please file a claim with the shipping provider.
