Welcome to Express Yo Self! We're committed to getting your orders to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

📍 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Custom sublimation tumblers and personalized items may take up to 7–10 business days to process.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. International shipping coming soon!

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

🛑 Shipping Delays

Please note:

Delays may occur during holidays, sales, or inclement weather.
Express Yo Self is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has left our facility.

🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at expressyoselfllctx@gmail.com
We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please file a claim with the shipping provider.
