📍 Processing Time  


  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Custom sublimation tumblers and personalized items may take up to 7–10 business days to process.    
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped.
  

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  
  • Estimated delivery time:       
    • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
    • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.    
  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. International shipping coming soon!
  

📦 Order Tracking

  

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

  • Delays may occur during holidays, sales, or inclement weather.
  • Express Yo Self is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has left our facility.
  

🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

      
  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at expressyoselfllctx@gmail.com
  • We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please file a claim with the shipping provider.
