🔒 All Sales Are Final

All sales are final and non-refundable. Each item is made to order and uniquely crafted based on your personalization, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or customization errors submitted during checkout.

📦 Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or with a clear production defect, we’ve got your back!

To qualify for a free replacement or store credit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
A photo of the packaging and shipping label

Once approved, you will have the option of:

A free replacement of the same item, or
A store credit for the full item value (excluding shipping)

Please review all personalization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for:

Misspelled names
Incorrect colors or designs selected
Changes requested after the 1-hour cancellation window

🎨 Color & Print Disclaimer

Due to monitor settings and the nature of sublimation printing, colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen. These small variations are normal and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

⏱️ Cancellations & Changes

To keep things running smoothly, production starts shortly after your order is placed.
You may request a cancellation or edit within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window, no changes can be made.

💳 Store Credit Eligibility

In cases where a refund is not available, but we’d still like to make it right (e.g., major imperfections, delayed shipping, or customer concern), we may issue a store credit at our discretion.
